You can answer both ways i.e yes or no. But according to me more apt is yes. It is a critique that advertising creates confusion in the minds of consumers as many advertisements are there everywhere. Moreover a product may made look better and deceptive on advertisements. Hence the statement is to much an extent true.

The top officials of a country’s Government held a meeting in order to speed up the business growth. In the meeting it was decided that there was a need for granting several exemptions to the Business Units already established.
