    64% of g=g(1+h/R)^-2 => 64/100=(1+h/R)^-2 => 1+h/R=(64/100)^-1/2 => 1+h/R=(10/8) => h/R=(10/8)-1=2/8 => h =(2/8)*6400=1600km (ans)
