6x^2 - x - 2 = 0 6x^2 -4x +3x - 2= 0 2x(3x-2)+1(3x-2) =0 (3x-2) (2x+1) =0 3x-2=0,2x+1=0 3x=2,2x=-1 Therefore X=2/3 , x=-1/2

 6x² – x – 2 = 0

 6x² – 4x+ 3x – 2 = 0

2x(3x - 2) + 1 (3x - 2) = 0

(3x -2) ( 2x + 1) = 0

3x - 2 = 0 and 2x + 1 = 0

3x = 2 and 2x = -1

x = 2/3 and x = -1/2
