∠R+ ∠O+ ∠Q+ ∠P = 360
∠P + ∠O = 90
∠O = 130
Now,
In ∆ROQ,
∠RQO + ∠QOR + ∠ORQ = 180°
Now as the sides OQ = RO because of radius of same circle... Hence.... OQR = 25°
