Human capital refers to the skills and innovative ideas of humans that help to make best use of the other factors of production. It is the most important of all the factors of production. It can be improved by human capital formation i.e. by providing education and health facilities. . . Working Capital is the raw materials and money in hand. Working capital is a financial metric which represents operating liquidity available to a business, organization or other entity, including governmental entity.
