Relative error = ∆R/R = ∆V/V + ∆I/I
= ∆R/R = 0.2/20 + 0.2/1.2 = ∆R/R = 0.01 + 0.16 = ∆R/R = 0.17

Percentage error = ∆R/R × 100 = 0.17 × 100 = 17%
