"Reign of terror" from 1793 to 1794 in french revolution is referred to the rule of Maximum Robespierre" because of the following reasons: 1) He was the leader of Jacobins and was crowned the ruler of France after Louis XVI. 2) His rule was very unjust because once an imprisoned proved guilty, he was turned gullitoned. 3) Equality bread was provided to every citizen, regardless of wealth, caste and creed. Overall his unjust rule, costed his life himself, he was gullitoned with his own weapon.

Regin of Terror, also called the Terror French La Terreur, period of French Revolution from September 5, 1793 to July 27, 1794.In the provinces, representative on mission and surveillance committies instituted local terrors.
