Organized sector - which is owned by government. In that sector working hour is fixed. Job is secured. If any person is working more work so he/ she will get extra money for that. Unorganized sector- which is owned privately by individuals. In that sector working hour is not fixed.Job is not secured. If any person is working more work so he/ she will not get extra money for that
