x+1/x =5 x+1=5×x x+1=5x 1=5x-x 4x=1 x=1/4

(x²+ 1)/x = 5

x² + 1 = 5x

x² - 5x + 1 = 0

Then solve bu using formula method

x = - b ± √b² - 4ac/ 2a
