In unorganised sector there is lack of job security , all people are not getting job and due to less seat of jobs but no. of people eager to work is very high in no.s so they want the work in low payment as well as ready to accept the pressure of boss or head too.

Less wages. No fixed working hours. No guarantee of sa fe working atmosphere. SOCIAL DISCRIMINATION. No job security. No payment during holidays.
