    1.the people can earn more if they use the time which get waste and live a better life than before 2. This type of employment does not use the capability and skills of the person,who can achieve a lot if he or she are given a better chance (why which their skills get waste, and a good human resource also)3.this type of employment does not fulfill the financial and other types of needs of the person

    Underemployment seen as major problem in India because: Population is high so all are not getting work as well as they all are not working full efficient with full time. Eg. Govt. schools, hospitals, govt. bus transport.
