Home key : Alphabets ASDF are home key for the left and ; ( semicolon) LKJ for the right hand. The fingers are trained to make the correct movement to other key..... Guide key : On a computer keyboard , keys F and J are called guide key for left and right hand . Both contain a small raised tangible mark with the help of which the fingers correctly on the home key

The difference between Home keys and guide keys are as follows:
Home key is the one which is used to return the cursor to the beginning of the line. This happens in documents only where we can edit.
In cases where the documents cannot be edited, the home key is used to return the cursor to the beginning of the document.
Guide keys guide the user through the documents. There are mainly 4 guide keys- up, down, left and right arrow keys. Their main function is to move the cursor in the document.
