The PRI won all the elections in between 1930—2002..as by they use many dirty tricks to attend the election such as : —

Sometimes the polling booths are shifted from one place to another which tried to hamper the election procedure.
Teacher of govt.school advised and forced for casting their votes in the favour of PRI.
One n all employment of government had to attend the meetings of PRI.
Media ' s good efforts were ignored as they criticised the opposition party.
As they were in power so they spent a large sum of money for manipulation.
