2. Moreover, the king of France ordered the army to move into the city. Due to this, there spread a rumor that the king would shortly order the army to open fire upon the commoners. Thousands of disturbed people assembled and determined to form an army.
3. They burst into some government construction in hunt of arms. They destroyed the penitentiary of Bastille on July 14th, 1789.
