The dual objectives of the federal system are the following:

1. To safeguard and advance the integration of the nation.

2. And to provide regional diversity.

The given two aspects are essential for the convention and manner of federalism. The administration at various levels should conform to several practices of power-sharing.

They should likewise trust that each would remain by its share of agreement.
