Gandhi - Irwin pact took place on 1931, march 5 According to this pact * Gandhi agreed to stop the civil disobedience movement * And agreed to attend 2nd round table conference *So Irwin agreed to release all political leaders who were arrested * And Irwin agreed to close down the cases against those political leaders or satyagrahis
