    (1)in a non democratic election it need not always be held in a fair and free manner. (2)in a non democratic election the people may not have a clear choise i.e.there may not be a significant difference in th propaganda offered by the parties. (3)in a non democratic election the candidates may or may not use unfair means such as muscle power or other means.
