To, The Editor of The Local Newspaper Bihar Date : 30 - 01 - 2020 Sir, I am writing this letter to request you to highlight my concerns towards the improper disposal of garbage in your esteemed daily. I, Saurabh, a resident of r - block Shivajinagar, Mumbai, on behalf of our locality likes to draw the attention of the authorities towards the improper disposal of garbages. The garabages are not being removed frok our locality since last week. It has lead to unhygienic condition of our locality. If this continues, many harmful diseases might affect the living organisms. Therefore, I request the authorities to take immediate action towards this matter. Regards, Saurabh
