The probability of head is 0.455 and the probability of tail is 0.545.

Given:

Total outcomes = 1000

Frequency of head = 455

Frequency of tails = 545

i) The probability of heads

ii) Probability of tail

In this question we were asked to find out the probability of all the ‘possible outcomes’. The ‘two possible outcomes’ while tossing a coin are occurrence of heads and occurrence of tails. Therefore, we have considered these two possibilities and calculated the result
