Small intestine in herbivores longer than carnivores because herbivores eats grass which contains a complex food material called cellulose which they cannot digest easily. So, herbivores has long small intestine

Because type of food. herbivores eat grass and grass is not easy to digest like meat flesh which is eaten by carnivores. simply meat is easy to digest than grass which contains cellulose
