Prime number : A number is called a prime number, if it has no factor other than one and the number itself.
LCM : LCM of two or more numbers = product of the greatest power of each common prime factor involved in the numbers, with highest power.
SOLUTION :
Given : p & q are two Prime numbers.
We know that , prime numbers have only two factors 1 and the number itself.
Let p = 3 and q = 5
The factors of p and q are as follows :
p = 3 × 1
q = 5 × 1
LCM (3,5) = 3 × 5 = 15
Hence, LCM(p,q) is pq
