Reptiles tend to have a three chambered heart i.e,they have a common ventricle because of incompletely developed septum. But crocodile inspite of being a reptile has a completely developed septum due to which the ventricle is divided into right and left ventricle. Thus the crocodile has a four chambered heart. And it is cold blooded. Crocodile is the exception for this
