From first unit- intramural and  exrtamural (meaning objective and it's significance) specific sports programs. 

3rd unit- Back pain ( Tadasan, ardhmatseyendraasan ,vakrasan, salabhasana, bhujangasana.

4th unit- Advantage of physical activities for CWS

 6th unit- Special Consideration (Menarche and     Menstrual dysfunction)  Female Athletes triad (osteoporosis, amenorrhea, eating disorder. )

7th unit- General motor fitness (Barrow Three items General motor ability-standing broad jump, zig-zag run Medicine ball put-for boys:03kg and girls 01kg.

8th unit- physiological changes due to ageing  

10th unit- Friction and sports. 

11th unit- Exercise adherence, reason to exercise, benefits of Exercise. Strategies for enhancing Adherence to Exercise. 

12th unit- circuit training. Introduction and its importance
