2 x - y = 1 and x + 2 y = 13

The two lines intersect at x = 3 y = 5

see diagram for the solution and shaded area (Gray) ABC is formed the lines and the Y Axis.

The shaded area (BLUE) is formed by the lines and X-Axis.
