Given f(x) = 5y^2 - 7y + 1.

Given that a,b be the zeros of the polynomial.

We know that sum of zeroes = -b/a

= > a + b = -(-7/5)

= > a + b = 7/5.

We know that product of zeroes = c/a

= > ab = 1/5

Now,

= > 1/a + 1/b = (a + b)/ab

                    = (7/5) * (5/1)

                    = 7/1

                    = 7.
