3x + 7y = 5

the point on y axis

let x = 0 ,so 3(0) +7y = 5, 7y = 5, y = 5/7

point is ( 0, 5/7)

the point on x axis

let y =0,so 3x + 7(0) =5, 3x = 5, x= 5/3

point is (5/3,0)
