The Circle of Justice which runs between the ruler and his subjects is as follows

- A king cannot survive without soldiers

- Soldiers cannot live without salaries

- Salaries come from revenue collected from peasants

- But the peasants can pay revenue only when they are prosperous and happy

- And the peasants be happy only when the king promotes justice and govern the kingdom honestly
