Axial vectors describe rotational motion, and act along the axis of rotation (according to right hand screw rule).
Torque, Angular velocity, angular acceleration are axial vectors.
Polar vectors describe translation motion and have starting point.The direction of polar vector remains unchanged irrespective of the coordinate system chosen.
Displacement, force, etc are polar vectors.
