Electric field is zero in that point because the sum of electric field vector have same intensity and direction but are opposite that point is halfway between two like charges

Electric field at centre is zero because the sum of all the vectors of charges at the centre has same magnitude but opposite dirn so this is happened.

E= Kq/r^2 then at the centre radius is is constant means (R).and at the centre value of r=0 so E field is zero.
