Management is not always concerned only with doing the right task, completing activities and achieving goals without taking into consideration the cost benefit. The objectives of the management is to get things done in the least time and the least cost.Management improves efficiency by minimizing the wastage of resources that is time, money and effort. It helps in optimum utilization of all the resources in an organization by coordinating all the activities performed by individual in the achievement of common goal.
