If 1 ohm resistance is applied to 1m conductor with cross-section area 1m2 then resistivity is 1 ohm m.

Resistivity is denoted by the symbol 'ρ' (rho).

= Ohm-m
Hence SI unit is 'ohm meter' or 'ρm'
