Uniform or constant acceleration is a type of motion in which the velocity of an object changes by an equal amount in every equal time period. A frequently cited example of uniform acceleration is that of an object in free fall in a uniform gravitational field. One of the common examples of uniformly accelerated motion is freely falling bodies. The only acceleration which is acting on the body is g (acceleration due to gravity). A body has a uniform acceleration if it travels in a straight line and its velocity increases by equal amount in equal intervals of time. For Ex:Motion of freely falling body, bicycle going down the slope, ball rolling down in inclined plane.
