Electric field is zero at x=2L Suppose at a point d to right of - 2q charge, E=0.Then, 8kq/(L+d)²=2kq/d² =>solving to get d=L x=L+d=L+L=2L Khushi, your answers are even not correct. Charges are of opposite nature.
