On 1st January 2017 for goods sold Ramesh draw a bill of exchange on Mukesh for 4000 for a period of 3 month Mahesh accept it and return to Ramesh .Ramesh then endorsed it to Mukesh who is turn endorsed it to Suresh on 1st February 2017 the bill is then discounted by Suresh on the same date with his banker at 5% p a on the due date the bill is dishonoured
