Q1+ Q2 is equal to zero it is showed that the radius of charges is very small than the distance between two charges.whether Q1 is positive or Q2 is negative and Q1 is negative or Q2 is positive if we add both then net charges is zero. It os showed that charges have equal and oppsite sign.

It signifies two equal and opposite charges with same magnitude but different directions i.e., q1= -q2.
