1:2 ;as R1:R2 is given 1:2 and formula of power is p=I^2R and since both bulbs are in series hence I(current) is constant.. hence p1/p2=(I^2R1)/(I^2R2) when you will solve this you will get 1:2 that is the ratio and required answer...
