1.mirror has one reflecting surface while lens has 2 reflecting surfaces. 2.mirror has one focus while lens has 2 focus. 3.One side of mirror is silvered while lens has no silvered side. 4.lens is used in spectacles while mirror is not used for spectacles. 5.Mirror formula is 1/f=1/v+1/u while lens formula is 1/f=1/v-1/y. 6.Light is refracted by lens while mirror can't reflect light.
