Because population had been grown in this year due to this more people should be feeded so demand for food grain increase. But unfortunately in 1830 bad harvest and crop failure such problems risen up . People migrated to city for work due to this population in urban area increase this led to the shortage of employment and rural people have to face stiff competion.
