EXOCRINE GLANDS	ENDOCRINE GLANDS
1.The gland does not occur in isolation.	1.it occurs in isolation.
2.it remains connected with the epithelium that produces it.	2.it separates from the epithelium that forms it.
3.it does not pour its secretion into lymph or blood.	3.it pours its secretion into lymph or venous blood.
