1 KW-h can be defined as the amount of energy produced, when work is done at an average rate of one thousand watts for one hour.
Kilowatt hour(KW-h ) is a unit of energy.
Now,
We know 1 kW = 1000 watts and 1 watt = 1 Joule/sec
1 kW- h =1000 watts × 1 hour
= 36, 00, 000 Joules</div>
