-1is zero of this polynomial Sum of zeros = -b/a Let other zero be a -1+a=-(-7/1) -1+a=7 a=7+1=8 Other zero be 8 Verify Put in polynomial (8×8)-7(8)-8=0 64-56-8=0 64-64=0 0=0 LHS=RHS. Done
