Resistance of a galvanometer is zero and current through the same is zero in a balanced wheatstone's bridge.How does that happen as when resistance is zero,current should actually be maximum?

Dont think galvanometer to act as a null detector here.....the current is zero because the galvanometer is connected between points having same potential....since the pd is zero therefore current will be zero
