I have talked to labourers Ramu and Shamu working at construction sites and they stated the following information:
(i) They get Rs. 60/- per day as wage.
(ii) They are paid in cash.
(iii) They do not get work regularly and remain unemployed for half a year.
(iv) Yes, they are in debt.
