What is the national language of …

Yes today a lot of people prefer English because of its international or commercial importance but Hindi is a traditional language of India which was preferred by(almost) all our freedom fighters as at that time it was the common language used all over northerh India. But as the southern Indians were not knowing much hindi so they preferred English. Finally hindi became our national language after freedom but because of the problems with south Indians and also other many people who started considering english as more important because it was an international language, english also became an important language for many people. Still I don't agree with those people who say there is no national language because many of the illiterate people who can't speak in english can speak in hindi. Conclusion: -HINDI IS OUR NATIONAL LANGUAGE
