Since Charges magnitude are 10×10^minus6 &5×10^minus6 respectively. So electrostatic force=k×q1×q2/r^2=9×10^9×10×10^minus6×5×10^minus6/1^2= 0.45 Newton

Electrostatic force,F=kq1q2/r^2. Substitute q1=10, q2=5, r=1m and k=1/4π€o, You'll get the answer.
