@ayush vish... Can uh plz send me the solu..bcoz if we kept negative charge at the centroid then it will repel from all three sides n got stable ...in both cases i think its correct

Keep the same charge + q because if you keep the charge on the centroid of a triangle then it is the repel by the three charges which is present vertex of an equilateral triangle the two charges from the bottom vegetable on the test charge cross on the centroid which gives 1 resultant and from the upper charge it repel down so the upper and down resultant is same in magnitude so it cancel each other and become the equilibrium.

If same charges +q are kept at vertices of an equilateral triangle at charge is at center so net charge is 0
