We know that, Refractive index=speed of light in air/speed of light in other medium So, let speed of light in other medium be a 4/3= 3×10^8/a a=3×10^8×3/4 a=9×25×10^6 a=225×10^6 a=2.25×10^8m/s Hope it helps....
