Saprophytic nutrition is that kind of nutrition in which an organism obtains its food from dead decaying plants and animals.while parasitic nutrition is that kind of nutrition in which an organism obtain its nutrition from a host without killing it.

Saprophytic nutrition is a type of nutrition in which living organism derive its food from the dead and decaying matter. Saprophytes secrete its enzymes outside the body to digest the food e.g mushroom . Parasitic is also atype of nutrition in which living organism obtain its food from the body of living organisms without killing them e.g plasmodium
