When an object immersed wholley or partially in a liquid it displaced some liquid and the displaced liquid exert and upward force is called buoyant force and this property of liquid is called buoyancy when the buoyant force = weight of displaced liquid =apparant loss in weight

Archimedes principle state that the substance which is immersed partially or fully in water experienced a force i.e.. BOUYONT FORCE which is equal to the amount of water displaced by the substance. In short , Archimedes Principle = Bouyont force acted on substance = amount of water displaced by substance
