If king ,queen and jack were removed then, left cards (total no. Of event) - 52-4*3=40 Left heart cards (possible event)- 13-3=10 Probability of an event - possible event / total number of events 10/40 i.e.. 1/4 So, the probability of getting heart is 1/4 or 0.25 . HOPE THIS HELPS ??
